POSITION:
European Marketing Manager
The role will see you lead all marketing initiatives across Europe, driving
engagement, brand growth, and ETP product adoption (and AUM growth) among
professional and retail investors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive European marketing strategy aligned with our global & European growth objectives.
– Identify key regional opportunities and tailor campaigns & tactics to resonate with both financial professionals and retail investor
– Lead go-to-market strategies for new crypto ETPs & ETNs, ensuring alignment with regional regulatory requirements and market nuances.
Campaign Management & Content Creation:
– Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital, events, webinars, email, and social media, to drive product awareness and adoption.
– Assist the Head of Global Insights in creating compelling marketing content that reaches the target audiences.
– Collaborate with the global team to localize and adapt content for the European audience.
Stakeholder Engagement:
– Partner with European distribution, product, and external PR agency (along with platform marketing teammates in other regions) to ensure cohesive messaging and effective AUM growth/lead gen management.
– Build relationships with industry associations, media, and influencers to amplify brand presence.
Analytics & Optimization:
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to grow the European audience.
– Use data-driven approaches to refine strategies and optimize marketing RO
Event Coordination:
– Plan, manage and implement regional events, conferences, and sponsorships to connect with target audiences and showcase our thought leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must-Have:
– 7+ years of marketing experience, 2 as a marketing leader, ideally in financial
services or fintec
– Strong understanding of financial services is preferred
– Proficiency in English; additional European languages (especially German a
French) are a plus.
– Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
– Familiarity with European financial professionals (e.g., family offices, we
managers) and retail investor landscapes.
– Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
– Experience working in regulated financial markets and a strong grasp of marketing compliance requirements.
– Previous experience managing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
– Familiarity with tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, email marketing systems, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
