POSITION:
Marketing – Lead Generation
This role involves curating high-value target audiences and developing corresponding outreach databases and lead-generation programs to attract and convert quality prospects. You’ll be responsible for building scalable systems to support outreach efforts, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in engagement and conversion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Craft Clear, Engaging Communications: Write professional, compelling emails and messages tailored to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5 – 8 Years of Lead Gen experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related industry
• ETF & Investment Industry Knowledge: Foundational understanding of ETFs and asset management
• CRM Systems: Proficient in HubSpot or Salesforce
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Experienced user
• Lead Generation Technology: Familiarity with the latest SaaS tools used for
outbound marketing and sales enablement
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX
MATCH)
• Proficient in Salesforce or Hubspot
• Experience cleaning, organizing, and analyzing datasets to extract insights
• Able to create and format basic PowerPoint presentations with charts/visuals
• Comfortable tracking performance metrics and reporting on lead generation
effectiveness
