RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Accountabilities and Scope of Role
The responsibilities will include:
• Managing all operational aspects relating to the launch and listing of a new ETPs.
• Ongoing product management of ETP platforms ensuring robust processes are in place and implement improvements to enable efficient scaling/growth of the platforms.
• Management of relationships with all relevant service providers (administrators, custodians, authorised participants, market makers etc) and relevant internal/external stakeholders.
• Document and maintain all product and operational workflows both internally and with service providers
• Automation of existing processes to make the launch and day to day management more efficient.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Role Requirements Skills and Qualifications
• Degree level (or equivalent) education is preferred.
• Minimum six years’ operations experience of investment vehicles such as ETFs and ETCs, which are linked to a variety of asset classes (both physical and synthetic) such as commodities, cryptocurrencies, equities, fixed income and other alternatives.
• Knowledge of the life cycle of an ETPs including how to calculate the NAV and different types of pricing models.
• Experience of leading and managing product launches to successful conclusion whilst working to tight deadlines and co-ordinating between multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
• Ability to understand and explain technical information to a variety of audiences.
• Experience of developing and implementing process improvements including automation and how to scale a process efficiently.
• Experience of settlement process through different clearing systems and exchange listings.
• Experience of interaction with data providers and other relevant platforms when it comes to product set up and maintenance.
• Familiarity with interpreting offering memorandums/prospectuses, term sheets and derivative transaction documents such as ISDAs, swap and collateral agreements would be an advantage.

• Strong IT skills with experience of coding (VBA, python).
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to think outside the box and be pro active in identifying issues and improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates a desire to keep up to date with industry developments and play a key role in driving their own professional development.
