POSITION:

Sales Director EMEA

Based in Paris, you will execute our go-to-market strategy, with a primary focus on DACH, the Nordics, the Netherlands, and Eastern Europe (subject to market evolution). You will drive revenue growth and lead complex sales cycles, managing a portfolio of clients across your assigned regions. This role reports to the Head of EMEA & APAC Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Missions & Responsibilities
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through inbound and outbound prospecting
• Meet and exceed ARR booking quotas; close complex deals with financial institutions
• Execute territory sales strategies and drive accurate revenue forecasts
• Participate in regional events and develop an extensive partner network
• Collaborate with global sales, product, engineering, and legal teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must haves
• Deep understanding of financial market data and use cases across buy-side, sell-side, and infrastructure clients—both crypto-native and traditional financial institutions
• Proven track record selling to financial institutions with strong pattern recognition in this space
• Background in traditional finance markets (rates, indices, risk management, volatility, order-book data, etc.)
• Understanding of decentralized finance and blockchain technology
• Excellent commercial and strategic skills with ability to build C-level relationships
• Fluent English + French OR German (written and spoken)
