Digital Distribution Manager
As our Growth Marketing Associate, you’ll be the engine behind our digital execution—taking world-class content, stories, and brand assets and ensuring they reach the right people, at the right time, and at scale. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to help solve our biggest challenge: turning great content and deep expertise into widespread brand awareness. This is more than a tactical role—it’s a front-row seat to category leadership. You’ll help ensure our brand shows up with authority, scale, and creativity at a moment where the opportunity couldn’t be bigger.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Distribution Excellence (Primary Focus)
- Channel Ownership: Manage and optimize distribution across LinkedIn, email, web, SEO, and earned media.
- Amplification Systems: Build repeatable systems for repurposing and extending the reach of our content.
- LinkedIn Leadership: Grow and maintain a steady publishing engine that increases awareness and credibility.
- SEO Strategy Execution: Implement publishing best practices that support long-term organic growth.
- Performance Tracking: Own tracking and reporting for content reach, engagement, and channel performance.
- Growth Experiments: Try new ideas—syndication, co-branded content, influencer engagement—and learn quickly.
Brand Activation Support
- Execute digital components of campaigns, research launches, or branded content drops.
- Ensure we show up consistently across channels with aligned messaging and tone.
- Support brand moments and activations that amplify our presence within and beyond financial advisor circles.
- Jump on timely trends and industry narratives where we have something valuable to say.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing or growth roles with a focus on digital distribution, brand visibility, or campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel distribution (social, SEO, content marketing, web, and email).
- Hands-on experience with modern marketing tools (HubSpot, Webflow/WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO plugins, etc.).
- Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills.
- Experience building dashboards and communicating performance insights.
- A track record of launching high-visibility work and learning from what works (and what doesn’t).
Bonus Points
- Financial services, fintech, or B2B marketing background.
- Experience growing brand audiences across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Familiarity with influencer or executive LinkedIn strategy.
- History of creating standout, well-timed brand activations or campaigns.
- Experience with press/PR distribution tools or partnerships.
