The responsibilities will include:
• Structuring and listing new ETCs, including managing the project and all stakeholders from start to finish.
• Innovation of new ETC underlyings.
• Detailed knowledge of physical and synthetic ETCs, including different custody and collateral structures.
• Helping to draft ETC prospectuses and lead on all ETC structuring issues, including pricing formula development.
• Oversight of Product management of ETC platforms ensuring robust processes are in place and implement improvements to enable efficient scaling/growth of the platforms.
• Management of relationships with all relevant service providers and internal/external stakeholders.

• Document and maintain all product and operational workflows both internally and with service providers.
• Manage product development and structuring. Project mgmt. from start to end.
• Understand synthetic and physical.
• Have structured swaps for replicating performance.
• Understand different collateral structures, risks, pros, cons.
• Understand and can oversee the formulas for NAV / pricing.
• Will have a deep understanding of, and will be able to create and implement the operational process, including subscription and redemption.
• Have read many ETC prospectuses and could identify detailed errors,
inconsistencies, ETC requirements, etc.
• Have dealt with all counterparties: lawyers, custodians, administrators, swap parties, collateral providers, etc.
• Should know ETCs in detail

Skills and Qualifications
• Degree level (or equivalent) education.
• Previous experience working for an ETC Issuer valued highly
• Minimum six years’ experience of product development or structuring of investment vehicles such notes, structured products, asset backed securities, SPVs which are linked to a variety of asset classes (both physical and synthetic) such as commodities, cryptocurrencies, equities, fixed income and other alternatives.
• Experience of leading and managing product launches to successful conclusion whilst working to tight deadlines and co-ordinating between multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
• Ability to understand and explain technical information to a variety of audiences.
• Experience of developing and implementing process improvements.
• Experience of reviewing offering memorandums/prospectuses, term sheets and derivative transaction documents such as ISDAs, swap and collateral agreements is a plus.
• In-depth experience of crypto wallets and custody arrangements and agreements is a significant plus.
• Experience of complex project planning and budget management
