POSITION:

Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the full product lifecycle. This includes new product development, fund positioning, launch execution, product marketing, and ongoing product management. The role requires a strong understanding of investment products and capital markets, combined with analytical rigor and effective communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following, other duties may be assigned as needed:
 Propose and design new product ideas based on market demand, competitive analysis, client feedback, and quantitative assessment
 Project manage fund development and launch efforts across internal and external stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, and Portfolio Management
 Champion assigned product set internally and externally by developing and
articulating product positioning, messaging, and investment narratives
 Monitor product performance, asset flows, and competitive developments to
identify opportunities for product enhancements or rationalization
 Respond to RFP and DDQ requests and client questions with accurate, compelling product information
 Advise Marketing in the development and execution of product marketing
campaigns and educational materials
 Present products during webinars, internal training sessions, and client meetings
 Provide timely and accurate updates to marketing collateral, website content, and regulatory documents
 Build relationships with journalists and financial influencers to enhance product visibility

 Interact with clients and financial audiences on social media channels to support brand positioning
 Review and monitor product-related data in public databases and online platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience / Qualifications:
 Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related quantitative field, strong academic credentials preferred
 CFA designation is a plus
 Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial services, ideally with an ETF or mutual fund provider
 Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of investment products,
from idea generation to launch, monitoring, and enhancement.
 Solid understanding of investment products, capital markets, and portfolio
analytics
 Familiarity with European fund regulations (e.g., UCITS, SFDR) and product governance frameworks
 Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders in portfolio management, legal, compliance, and marketing
 Comfort working with large datasets and analytical tools (e.g., Bloomberg,
Morningstar Direct, Excel); data-driven approach to product insights and
decision-making.
 Excellent command of English; other language skills (e.g. Dutch, German,
Spanish) are a plus
